Being at this location allows us to work with the community in Half Moon Bay along with riggers, boat builders, engineers and painters. The company offers advanced haul-out facilities with easy parking options for recreational vehicles and trailer boats.

We service all boats within the marina Auckland area, and with our new Sealegs service boat, we are able to meet you at your mooring position.

Meet The Team at HMB Marine Electrical.

Simon Jennings is the operator and founder of HMB Marine Electrical. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boating, making him a specialist in the field. The various qualifications he holds include: Marine class 4 engineering, an electrical engineer qualification, offshore masters tickets, and many more. Furthermore, he has local yacht races and offshore race victories to his name, including completion of the Melbourne-Osaka two-handed race. Simon has also navigated several offshore racing yachts, including winning third place in the Sydney Hobart. Currently, Simon works as an engineer on mega-yachts, is a skipper for premier game fishing boats, designs electronic systems for super-yachts, and is an electrical engineer at Alloy Yachts.

At HMB Marine Electrical, Simon surrounds himself with various marine electricians who have expertise in industrial, electrical, commercial, automotive and telecommunication engineering. Between them, using their knowledge and experience, they can resolve almost all problems. The team enjoy working within the marine setting and continue to maintain the ever-changing pace of technology.
